Thanks to well-prepared listings, effective marketing strategies and strong local market knowledge, some properties were sold in record time - in as little as 7 days. This success reflects both our efficiency and the trust our clients place in us.

This year also marked an important step in our development with the expansion of our team. We welcomed Tomas, who brought fresh energy and a new perspective. Thanks to his involvement, our social media presence and video content reached a whole new level. Property tours, behind-the-scenes footage and on-site recordings have become a key part of how we communicate with our audience.
